We are at 100-641 Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam — in Burquitlam, at the far end of the plaza.

- Brunette Avenue north to Lougheed Highway, or Highway 1 for a single exit if you are coming from the Quay. No bridge and no toll.
- By SkyTrain
- Expo Line to Production Way–University, then two stops on the Millennium Line through Lougheed Town Centre.
- Parking
- Free, in the plaza lot. The unit is at the far end from the road.

New Westminster has no course of its own, so the habit is Riverway just across the Brunette, or Burnaby Mountain up the hill. Both are good. Neither solves the stretch from October to March, which is when most handicaps quietly go backwards.
