Welcome to Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our golf simulator services located at 100-641 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3K 3S5 (“Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy,” "the academy", “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions.

1.2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Reservations
Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

2.3. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.

2.4. Equipment
Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse or impact will be the responsibility of the guest and will incur repair or replacement costs.

2.5. Rental Agreement
The term "Equipment" includes the use of all Club facilities, including, without limitation, Bay Rental, Foresight GCHawk, Uneekor EyeXO, computers, monitors, Televisions, furniture, projectors, screens, and golf clubs rented, and all other activities including involvement as a participant or spectator at group events, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and completions that take place at our golf simulator.

  1. You accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment you have rented and you agree to pay for any damage to the Equipment and replace at full retail value

  2. You are familiar with the proper use of the Equipment. You understand that the staff is able to answer questions you may have as to the proper use of the Equipment


3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. Pricing
Prices for our services are as stated on our website or in our facility and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before using our services. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

3.3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Lessons Package Policy

4.1 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged 100% of the lesson fee. No-shows will also result in a full charge of the lesson fee. Please recognize that our instructors have set aside their time and have accounted for each lesson.

4.2. Rescheduling Policy:
Lessons may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time without penalty.
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the lesson are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

4.3. Refund Policy for Lesson Packages:
Once a lesson package is purchased, no refunds will be provided. If unable to complete the lesson package due to a injury/sickness/unable to perform physical activity with proof of doctor's note, the remaining balance will be credited for future lesson use at the Academy.

4.4. Lesson Package Expiration:
All 5 lesson packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. All 10 lesson packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Any unused lessons after the time allocated for each package will expire and will not be available for use or credit.

5. Liability

5.1. Assumption of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with indoor golf simulation, including but not limited to, physical injury or property damage.

5.2. Waiver of Liability
Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

6. Privacy

6.1. Personal Information
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

7.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7.4. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By using Scratch Indoor Golf and Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
